What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Collaborative co-workers who are willing to help you. Culture isn't quite the same as we have all been working remotely due to Covid but our People has been amazing and keeping us all connected.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Giving people more time to work meaningfully rather than setting unrealistic deadlines and fake metrics (OKRs)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I know salaries of other peers, especially ones who joined later and they make more money than the current best ICs
