What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, open and transparent - the leadership team really cares about the people.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive salary, bonus and equity. Of course you always want more but I feel I'm paid fairly.
Stock options, crazy health benefits, unlimited vacay and great parental benefits with time off. Internet/Cell phone reimbursement, equipment stipends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know salaries of other peers, especially ones who joined later and they make more money than the current best ICs
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other and are all working towards a common goal.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaborative co-workers who are willing to help you. Culture isn't quite the same as we have all been working remotely due to Covid but our People has been amazing and keeping us all connected.
Everyone is incredibly supportive. Cross team dynamics are easy because everyone is aligned towards company goals, keeps a humble but driven attitude, and proactively embodies company values

What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was organized, moved quickly and I met a good sample of people I would be working with.
Clearly communicated, open and honest conversations, collaborative vetting as opposed to a one way grilling
Felt a bit mechanic as every other interview out there with some on-the-spot algorithm exercise.

Love the people at Parsable!
Working on meaningful things provided the team and I have the appropriate to think about most of the details needed to execute the work

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Giving people more time to work meaningfully rather than setting unrealistic deadlines and fake metrics (OKRs)
