What is the best part about your compensation package?

Competitive salary, bonus and equity. Of course you always want more but I feel I'm paid fairly.

Stock options, crazy health benefits, unlimited vacay and great parental benefits with time off. Internet/Cell phone reimbursement, equipment stipends.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know salaries of other peers, especially ones who joined later and they make more money than the current best ICs
