
Pay is ok. Bonus is uneven across departments
Pay is competitive and benefits are comparable to other companies in the space I work in.
My pay is good, benefits are average. The 401K match is low, the vesting is only annually, EFFECTIVE communications above my site leader are frustrating.
The ESOP is decent, but almost impossible to cash out when you leave the company.

Parsons is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Company). It's an outstanding benefit (percentage awarded to me each year) + there is matched 401K. It adds up quickly!

Benefits are average at best compared to competitors - not a discriminator that helps attract and retain talent, usually an obstacle to overcome when interviewing- e.g. 401K plan not a good deal for younger employees. 80% of company contribution is in stock which can't be sold until later in life
