Parsons acquired my company, transition was rough. I'm happy with my job, but things haven't been as smooth as I expected with a large company.

I have daily interactions with my site leader and we work well together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay is good, benefits are average. The 401K match is low, the vesting is only annually, EFFECTIVE communications above my site leader are frustrating.
