Employees with less experience make more money.
Improved communications from our HR.
Benefits are average at best compared to competitors - not a discriminator that helps attract and retain talent, usually an obstacle to overcome when interviewing- e.g. 401K plan not a good deal for younger employees. 80% of company contribution is in stock which can't be sold until later in life

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The other Parsons employees who support the government on this contract are very capable, no problems with coworkers.
Respect and transparency. Technical training and reference resources.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The negative work environment is a consequence of the dysfunctional agency we support, not a result of Parsons culture. My Parsons coworkers on this contract are generally bright spots.
Transparency. Less negative and demeaning behavior from management.
