- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am underpaid compared to other long term care pharmacies. Also the amount I pay for insurance is extremely high. And my 401k match is a joke.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?401k match is pathetic and the pay is alright but could be better if they wanted to pay their employees fairly for the amount of work they do
