Communication, they never give us any reasons for the incompetent decisions they make.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am underpaid compared to other long term care pharmacies. Also the amount I pay for insurance is extremely high. And my 401k match is a joke.
401k match is pathetic and the pay is alright but could be better if they wanted to pay their employees fairly for the amount of work they do

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of the workers are great, but there is no discipline there and nobody is held accountable for their actions so many employees slack off without repercussions.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Many employees do not take their job seriously and have no respect for anyone else. They talk loudly and ignore the fact that people around them are doing an important job that heavily relies on concentration and accuracy.

Need discipline, enforce company policies so people stop slacking off and actually do what they're paid for.
