What do you like best about the leadership team?
They value and utilize each other's expertise, bringing their strengths to the table. They are very embedded within the organization and have deep relationships with people across functions and across job titles. They are, and demonstrate, how passionate they are about the underlying mission.

Actively learning, actively listening, and then actively applying

Great peers, lots to learn
The team is scrappy, agile, hungry, intelligent, and delightfully fun. There is a common thread of being willing to do what it takes and being energized by the mission that keep folks moving in harmony.

Great team cohesion, frequent events
The passion for helping patients, the drive to bring tech to an industry desperately needing transformation, the desire to play and socialize following hard work.

The people I interviewed with were very personable and made it feel comfortable and the pace was fast.

The opportunity to produce great work really quickly, to not be afraid of bringing things to the market and not be afraid to test the waters and fail a little and learn.
