What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency, and their trustworthiness.
The leadership team has clear and open communication. This open communication is driving engagement and solidarity with our overall goals. In addition, they are rolling up their sleeves and putting in the work alongside their teams.
Every member of the Executitve team has had a very successful career before joining Pathlight and many have worked at much larger companies. When choosing to join Pathlight, I was excited to join a team that saw the huge potential of Pathlight.
I always feel my voice is heard and part of the impact.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The balance of cash and equity is fair.
Our compensation is on an equitable scale that is constantly being monitored/evaluated and is tied to role/level as opposed to arbitrary numbers that are thrown out.
Salary, equity, benefits. Amazing offsites
The pay is good! They pay to retain employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are collaborative and trustworthy.
Everyone is willing to help out, even if the topic isn't within their scope of work. People are also genuinely excited to work here, so they want to be involved in team building events and are natural culture champions.
Everyone is so willing to offer help to solve a problem. There is lots of cross department collaboration. And everyone genuinely enjoys one another
Everybody brings such positivity energy everyday. We truly act as a team, championing eachother. The transparency and communication is there and I overall could not be more happy! I look forward to being part of this exciting momentum.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Really smart people who live by the values.
The people! Everyone is energized and ready to tackle the work because the company is so transparent about what we're doing. We take our company mission very seriously, and it's refreshing to have a goal that is about empowering others to be successful at their jobs.
Peopel care about one another
The transparancy and communication from leadership, down. Leadership sets the tone and with all of there positive and motivating energy trickles down to the teams. Constant growth and momentum! Always learning and stretching myself. Love my role! :)

The work is very engaging and stimulating. The days melt away.
Being able to make a difference that impacts our customers, whether it's something behind the scenes or on the front lines.
Helping customers learn to use Pathlight so that they can advance their careers
Making a positive impact for my company, team and prospects. There is also a really great work/life balance. This is essential so that you can bring your best version of yourself to work. When my cup is full, the more i can pour out onto others, personally and professionally!
