Overall I think the pay and equity is balanced great, I'm very happy with the compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, listening skills, ability to act on feedback accurately and fast, confident decision making skills. They are a fantastic group of leaders that show traits that inspire the entire company to be their best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The transparency and honesty. They include everyone in the org, and really allow our core cultural values to be met. Shining light on core issues, checking ego at the door, having everyone paddle in the same direction, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team and company mission. We are building a product that is allowing individuals to succeed, grow, and become better versions of themselves. Every teammate is on board with that vision, and actively working to help as many people achieve their best as possible.

Every single individual is aligned on the same mission, and part of that is enabling the entire team to be their professional best. Colleagues go out of their way to make sure that they are performing at a high level, as well as that their teammates are equally as successful.
