Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay that is closer to what the guys in the field make
because i was making over $1 more an hour at the company i was laid from
Salaries should be higher paid based on work experience a d time with company. Also safety rewards should be given as cash instead of clothing you will never wear and or plaques you don't want and other useless things. Also give out Christmas Appreciation and Seniority Bonuses. And lots more!!!
