Even when there is chaos, the leadership team is willing to roll up its sleeves and get in the trench with you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The leadership on the engineering team has built a really great culture. I learn a lot everyday here, and everyone is willing share what they know. There are always opportunities to learn new technologies from the some of the smartest people I've ever worked with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pax8 leaned on young people to sacrifice their personal lives to get through hard times. As we have grown the executive the has gotten older and no longer respects anyone under 50. Pax8 used to be a great place to grow a career but now ageism is pushing everyone in their 20s & 30s to look elsewhere.
