Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Flexibility. The leadership team values innovation and creativity so that's right up my alley! What really stuck with me is that one day, our CEO was just walking around the office, chatting it up with every. single. PERSON in the office! I pitched an idea to him that day and he loved it. :D
Inspirational, no politics, light speed approvals.
Very transparent. Approachable, passionate and driven people that make you feel at home and like we are all working towards a great goal.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Keep the truth direction without everyday changing
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary isn't super high right now but I get it since it's a junior role and I don't have much experience. Best part though, is that we get $500 fitness stipend every month and get to go on company-paid vacations twice a year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At the moment they downgraded monthly salary and remove stock option
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team gets the job done
They can work hard for a long perspective
Vibrant, creative, lively. I'm in the marketing team so we're always looking for the next hot trend and incorporating that to the Paxful brand. We brainstorm together for upcoming campaigns and anyone is encouraged to speak up. Very flat hierarchy here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Absolutely anyone and everyone is encouraged to step up and take lead of projects. My role is junior but my managers/colleagues have always asked me to own more which is exciting. People are very down to try new things too so that's fun! There's no right or wrong; just do it!
Everyone can rise up, no limits.
We are honest. we are open-minded. Suggestions and feedback are always welcome. We have so much fun - company parties, getaways, a very sharing culture. Relaxed dress code, flexible hours - as long as work get done
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop to provide/create toxic atmosphere
What did you like most about the interview process?
I knew from the get go that there's going to be 4 rounds of interview so it's clear. The interviews weren't too formal - but I also only had virtual ones as I was living overseas then.
Fast and efficient. Plenty of feedback on my technical task.
