We believe in investing in a greener future for our communities to help create a better environment for generations to come. We are proud to continue to power our headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and our operation center in Grapevine, Texas, with 100% wind energy through the purchase of renewable energy credits and encourage our employees to use our on-site electric vehicle chargers at no cost.

Community Impact and Philanthropy

At Paycom, we believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work. We constantly exemplify our values “We care” and “We serve” through volunteering opportunities and charitable giving. We are proud to share that Paycom donated more than $3.2 million in 2024, with more than $224,000 of that coming directly from our employees. Almost 400 organizations benefited from these donations across 37 states and Washington, D.C., through small grants, employee giving and corporate sponsorships. Paycom is proud of our involvement in our communities and continues to support them by offering opportunities for our employees to volunteer where they work and live. Employees have volunteered for homeless shelters, animal shelters, food banks, Special Olympics, foster care communities, The Salvation Army and Ronald McDonald House Charities. They also packed hundreds of cancer care packs for Tenaciously Teal and deployment packs for the USO during our Philanthropy Fair.
