Environmental Sustainability

We believe in investing in a greener future for our communities to help create a better environment for generations to come. We are proud to continue to power our headquarters in Oklahoma City and our operations center in Grapevine with 100% wind energy through the purchase of renewable energy credits. In 2025, we also began using renewable energy credits to support our Phoenix data center.

Community Impact and Philanthropy

At Paycom, we believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work. We constantly exemplify our values “We Care” and “We Serve” through volunteering opportunities and charitable giving. We are proud to share that Paycom donated nearly $4 million in 2025, with $200,000 of that coming directly from our employees. More than 500 organizations benefited from these donations across the United States, through small grants, employee giving and corporate sponsorships. Paycom is proud of our involvement in our communities and continues to support them by offering opportunities for our employees to volunteer where they work and live.
