What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people make an incredible difference. Everyone is easy to work with and motivating to be around.
It is inclusive and transparent. Everyone has the same opportunity to learn and understand what everyone is doing and what everyone is working towards. At the same time, we also have the same opportunity to contribute to the companies success, no matter our role.

Met a lot of different people so had a well rounded view of the org and team
