My team is amazing. I really enjoy interacting and working with my coworkers and vendors. My manager is incredible. It is definitely a grind that is focused on numbers regardless of success. Procedures definitely need to be better. It makes doing your job a little difficult.

Its a family like environment for the most part. For a sales group, there's a lot of willingness to help others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Managing team is excellent and really want to see you succeed. C level could use some work. Less time should be spent on numbers and more on making procedures better.
