Uncapped commission is exciting to chase
Insurance is reasonably priced. Sales are obtainable and uncapped

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A more fair comp plan that reflects the growth plan for the Company that is inline with every dept
The commission percent was lowered while I was there and we were charged, via percent of our commission, for using any resources like the renewal team.

Its a family like environment for the most part. For a sales group, there's a lot of willingness to help others.
