What do you like best about the leadership team?
PCCW Global management cares about team building and their employees' work/life balance.

Employees should really be the company best asset, you preach it, and not true
What is the best part about your compensation package?
100% paid medical for me and my family, more PTO than I can take in a year, plus holidays.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary increases do not exist at PCCW Global
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication and cooperation between coworkers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is low morale, people who are still working here, are the ones who cannot find another job
Hard to work with antisocial people

my team, people, my job
I'm able to work remotely, and avoid the long commute.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Being a Chinese company, the days are counted until the company will have to stop USA operations....
