They exist to ensure people with disabilities can pay for direct care. They screw that up on a regular basis. Customer care is not helpful. Software is "glitchy" and they never seem to correct that. State should re-evaluate their contract with this company.

Resolve software issues. People must be paid accurately an on time! Customer service is usually unhelpful.

Higher pay. Provide some form of retirement savings benefits. This company takes advantage of people with disabilities. States should re-evaluate their contracts with this outfit.
