What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Resolve software issues. People must be paid accurately an on time! Customer service is usually unhelpful.
Everything... The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing
It is a disjointed situation. I don’t exactly have a manager I have a services fascioitator. It’s a new way of doing things
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I make my own scheduled and the rate is fair
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay. Provide some form of retirement savings benefits. This company takes advantage of people with disabilities. States should re-evaluate their contracts with this outfit.
Health insurance should be offered, overtime , it shouldn't be so hard to get things taken care of when you call in
I am a caregiver. We do some of the hardest work imaginable and are the lowest paid in the healthcare field
What are some of the best things about your team?
Day to day coworkers and many managers are fantastic. The problem is with the new executive management
Hearts are in the right place by providing care. Executive types...not so much.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no team when you call you are normally so mad by the time you get off the phone that it was a waste of time to call them
We don’t really know who the others are. It’s like private contracting
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Providing care is positive. The rest is bureaucratic bs.
The clients that I work with are wonderful
