Our work processes are consistent and well organized. We have weekly meetings to stay updated on the recent changes. We communicate and address any questions, concernss, or changes that will helped with improving our work flow.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They are a non-profit organization to start out with, but the level of pay doesn't always mean the individual is feeling undervalued. Every individual is acknowledged, appreciated, and acknowledged for their hard work. I think that this is the greatest place to build and grow individual skill set.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate effectively. Everyone does their part and provides help and support when needed.

What did you like most about the interview process?
You get to meet and interact with both manager and supervisor. This allows you to ask questions and evaluate their sense of leadership and personality. This is a chance for you to find out if you would want to work for the organization.
