What do you like best about the leadership team?flexibility to work and arrange
What did you like most about the interview process?HR representative was thorough, led me through the interview stages and was a key person in my interview. I also had a presentation that allowed me to "sell" myself to the company and put me in the driver seat.
What are some of the best things about your team?Smart, intelligent people, who work hard.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Know when is when on projects and not allow favoritism to play a key role in decision making. Focus on the future and know that the street is important and if you focus on the penny, the growth will surely follow.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Leadership to change & take accountability. Favoritism allows for too many paths, when we should be targeting success and growth. The company has spent all of the employee bonuses on projects that that keep their head in the clouds & go no where or departments that are unable to keep their people
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Accountability, direction and leadership of the company.
