What makes you most happy at work?

Each day is different and new. The projects and the teams are so incredibly sophisticated, unique and dynamic that nothing ever becomes mundane from day to day.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They listen and lead with empathy. Give you space to grow and succeed and always strive to become a better company for not only their clients but their employees.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It wasn't a full court press, "interrogation" type process. more relaxed in order for both parties to make a more informed decision.They endeavor to identify highly skilled and talented individuals and hit the ground running.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There honestly is no "hierarchy". Everyone has a seat at the table and their input on all matters is welcome. Everyone endeavors to be at the top of their game and continually look for ways to collaborate and promote success for one another.
