What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't a full court press, "interrogation" type process. more relaxed in order for both parties to make a more informed decision.They endeavor to identify highly skilled and talented individuals and hit the ground running.
I like that it took place mostly via Zoom and I like that I was able to meet the entire leadership team. It shows they really care who they bring on.
I appreciated meeting with team members from multiple levels and the thoughtful questions asked during my interview.
