Ben is currently the President at Pearce Services, and supports multiple operational functions as well as Pearce’s HR and mergers & acquisition (M&A) teams. Before joining Pearce Services in 2014, Ben founded Redwood Pacific Group, a family-backed direct investment firm. Prior to Redwood Pacific Group, Ben was a Vice President at Parthenon Capital. Ben began his career in investment banking at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co.
Ben holds an MBA from Stanford University (Arjay Miller Scholar – top 10% of class) and BA in Economics from Wake Forest University.
