The leadership team is very reliable in meeting deadlines

Knowing employees and their responsibilities, and not micromanaging
Poor culture at mid levels. Unqualified managers and major internal politics. Everyone is out for themselves and no collaborative efforts made.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are as good as could be in this day and age. I’d look elsewhe
The exelon stock option thats offered ks amazing, and so is their 401k method they matvh up to 5%
Good benefits including healthcare and cash pension

We are an awesome team everyone band together meeting deadlines when a new project is introduced we work effortlessly great end results

Coworkers never question management and are discouraged from thinking for themselves

Good education for the utility industry
Our company consists of people who operates on a certain criteria based on respect for ourselves the company and each other

Unprofessional outbursts in meetings, lots of pettiness, Managers use fear and threats

Need to embrace outside talent with new ideas. Stuck with rotating poor managers who run off any good talent
