Executive Bio

Mr. Leon Trefler has been Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success at Pegasystems Inc., since July 2014, with responsibility for global sales operations and alliances, as well as sales execution and services in the Americas. Mr. Trefler served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Pegasystems Inc. since January 2010 until July 2014. Mr. Trefler joined Pegasystems' strategic business development organization in April 1998 as an Account Executive for Strategic Business Development and since then, he has held increasingly senior sales management positions, including Vice President of Sales for North America and Head of Global Sales from April 2007 to January 2010. In 2002, he launched the commercialization of PRPC, Pega's flagship software offering. He worked tirelessly to develop Pegasystems' sales team and strategy, creating a culture of teamwork, mutual respect and integrity and his focus on mentorship and talent management has benefited the entire company. Mr. Trefler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Dartmouth College.
