They effectuate you just 2 onlines interviews hiding you all the Bad, hard and very technical stuff you have to manage on a Daily basis. They promise you, the both managers (an Elder spanish/German man and a middle-age italian woman) + the H.R. "specialist" (which is clearly not, she is an economist
