Hardworking, great to get along with and very knowledgeable about what they do.
There are a few really good people on the team, but several that are awful for several reasons and have no business being there. But...it's who they know, not what they know or are able to do.
Fun, work hard, sense of humour, a real team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The cultire as a company is horrible but our office culture is positive
Unfortunately can't think of anything positive about the culture. A few years back I can say it was positive, but not for at least the last 4 years.
There is nothing positive about the culture - it's all negative.

Being able to help others solve their problems and make things work well.
