What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they're smart, honest and kind people.
Always forward thinking and trying to get better
They are always willing to listen. Whether it's suggestions or how we're doing, the leadership team here always gives us their time.
Everyone is incredibly helpful and strives to help everyone to grow and develop both personally and professionally. The "open door" policy also is an extra bonus because it facilitates a great "family style" workplace

That my upside aligns with company success.
It's merit-based and fair so when I work harder I get paid more

What are some of the best things about your team?
They're team players and they put the company's interest in front of their personal gain.
They all love marketing and try to lead the industry
The team here is very friendly! The people who have been working longer in this industry are always willing to teach and help me. And those who are my peers are always willing to help out if I'm overloaded or if I have a lot on my plate. The team here really does deserve the term "team."
Everyone is so friendly and it creates a great vibe in the office. Also, everyone wants to help each other and teach others with absolutely anything at any time

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
modesty with strive for excellence
People are professional and respect each other
I think the most positive thing is realistic goals and expectations. The team and leadership is always striving to give the client the best options and best work possible; but realistic expectations are always set. So the work-life balance is great.
Everyone is very open and friendly with each other. Most days we eat lunch together and we make an effort to hang out and do things together

To succeed with a client
Making my customers proud of the services we offer
Getting things done. When a task or project gets finished and the client is happy, there's a sense of accomplishment that comes with it. And it's a team effort, so you know that there's credit to go all around; and the entire team knows that it was a team effort, so it's just a great vibe!
The work is super interesting and rewarding as I can see results. Also, my coworkers are great to be around
