Communicafion, transparency. Timely notification of changes that impact the whole business. Investment in replacing aging tech

The benefits package is amazing, and the company are always adding new benefits to it

Well below average regional salary for qualified individuals with 5+ yrs experience, promises of bonuses that never materialise
What are some of the best things about your team?
great bond between us and all ready to help each other but at the same time have a competitive edge which makes us achieve more than we would alone
They are always happy to help each other
Everyone is a gem. Friendly, supportive, we all want to see eachother succeed
Everyone is very supportive. The team are very much coordinated, like a fine tuned machine (but with a human touch)
The people 100% great team of people around you, all have the same motivation to come into work and do a good job

The team have a good work ethic and help each other
Culture of growth and development but without the pressure
The support, opportunity for growth and progression. You come here to move up
Fantastic working environment, good facilities, culture is to work hard, but that doesnt put me off
