What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people are wonderful. They're inclusive and kind.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Hard workers, smart people, kind people, and a get-things-done attitude.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Everyone is really nice, which helps to create a positive culture.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My discipline isn't being given room to exist. I'm not sure I personally have a future here. Our leadership team doesn't trust employees. There is no autonomy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In this incredibly active job market, I took a pay cut to work here because I care about the team and was interested in the future of PI. But I learned that my managers and directors are severely underpaid, and then Penn and PI have different corporate values/pay goals/etc. Penn feels smothering.
