Douglas Jones has been Senior Managing Director and Chief Mortgage Banking Officer of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (the ???Company???) since January 2017 and the President of PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, since March 2017. Prior thereto, he served as the Company's Senior Managing Director and Chief Institutional Mortgage Banking Officer from February 2016 through December 2016, as Chief Institutional Mortgage Banking Officer from March 2015 to February 2016, and as Chief Correspondent Lending Officer from February 2013 to March 2015. Mr. Jones also has served in a variety of similar executive positions at Private National Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC (???PNMAC???), since March 2012. Prior to joining PNMAC, Mr. Jones worked in several executive positions, including Senior Managing Director, correspondent lending, at Countrywide (and Bank of America Corporation, as its successor) from 1997 until 2011. Mr. Jones is an experienced mortgage banking executive with significant experience in the correspondent production and warehouse lending businesses.
