Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Calculate pay based on a 40 hour work week. Minimum 10~15 hours a week over 40. Also leadership needs to not “used car sales” you about the position. Be more transpar

Camaraderie in being able to work together despite management flaws

They need to be more caring about their coworkers and do their jobs as a professional truck drivers
