What do you like best about the leadership team?
4 times a year we have to nurses convention where young RNS and older RNS can show any way to improve and learn and we have experts show us how the new tecnology

The rns who weekly see the patients should be more understood at the Corporate level

nurses every one gets to share young,old and the majority of nurses that we get to grow as a team
