Lynn Rothman — Chief Business Officer and Executive Vice President at Penumbra

Ms. Lynn Rothman has been the Chief Business Officer and Executive Vice President of Penumbra, Inc. since January 2015 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since 2009 until January 2015. She served as Vice President of Administration from January 2009 to March 2009 and as Human Resources Manager from 2007 to January 2009. Ms. Rothman joined Penumbra with over 20 years of experience in finance and marketing of medical and emerging growth companies. She Headed the corporate and strategic marketing efforts at Confer Software, a disease management company. She began her career at Robertson Stephens & Company in the health care research department where she covered medical device stocks. She later moved to the venture capital department where she focused on identifying and researching potential medical device, service and software investment opportunities. Ms. Rothman holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Health Care Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an BA with distinction from Stanford University.
