What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leads are kind and open to communicate
Monthly meeting to 'check in' with departments and their staff
They are quick and decisive when making deco
They are aware and awesome in working with people and creating a complete community environment.
The majority of leader ship within Penumbra is non-traditional and lead from, for lack of a better term, Bay Area perspective.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing more support on the floor, attend to their concerns and at least reward the production/ quality staff appropriately. Some employees are very talented, which the Leaders are suppose to see and reward satisfactorily.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It has a good benefit package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is supposed to be a much better reward and benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a fantastic group of people to work with!
Teamwork and communication is present, a few coworkers are not team players and have superior complexity. Needs a defined chain of order in relation to status of employees.
Everyone is actively working towards the same goals as teams.
My team is caring compassionate and responsive as well as proactive and effective I can’t say the same for all departmen
Team support, carry out assigned responsibilities. Perform work up to management standard. Product quality is highly maintained.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Change needs to happen higher in management, leading to a trickledown effect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work as a team.
