The majority of leader ship within Penumbra is non-traditional and lead from, for lack of a better term, Bay Area perspective.
Accessable most of the time
Company is extremely inefficient, leading to a lot or redundancy in work tasks. Need more Project Managers and less chaos.
Providing more support on the floor, attend to their concerns and at least reward the production/ quality staff appropriately. Some employees are very talented, which the Leaders are suppose to see and reward satisfactorily.
