Mr. Gregg Scott Fisher, CFA, CFP, has been the Head of Quantitative Research & Portfolio Strategy at People's United Bank, N.A. since November 02, 2016. Mr. Fisher is the Founder, President and Chief Investment Officer of Trust For Professional Managers - Gerstein Fisher Multi-Factor Global Real Estate Securities Fund. He serves as Portfolio Manager of Trust For Professional Managers - Gerstein Fisher Multi-Factor International Growth Equity Fund and Trust For Professional Managers - Gerstein Fisher Multi-Factor Global Real Estate Securities Fund. He serves as Portfolio Manager of Trust For Professional Managers - Gerstein Fisher Multi-Factor Growth Equity Fund. Mr. Fisher serves as Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager of Gerstein, Fisher & Associates, Inc. He has been the Head of Quantitative Research & Portfolio Strategy at People's United Financial Inc. since July 2016. He founded Gerstein, Fisher & Associates, Inc. in 1993 and served as its President. He spearheads Gerstein, Fisher & Associates, Inc. many research projects on areas of study that have included momentum and valuation models and tax efficient investment strategies. Mr. Fisher began his career in the family-owned accounting business started in 1977. He was a pioneer in introducing fee-based planning and asset class investing to individuals, believing that they deserved the same caliber of investment advice, products and services historically afforded only to ultra-high net worth investors and large institutions. Mr. Fisher is involved in fundraising and assisting with charitable giving strategies for not-for-profit organizations including SUNY Downstate Medical Center and the DOME Project. He serves as a Director of Art Start. Mr. Fisher was the recipient of the Catalog For Giving's inaugural Impact Award and also serves as an adjunct professor teaching a graduate course in Personal Investment Management Polytechnic Institute of NYU. In 2012, he was named to Barron's list of Top 100 Financial Advisors and in 2011 was named to Barron's Top 100 Independent Advisors, as well as the Top 1,000 Financial Advisors list, all of which track the performance of financial advisory firms across the country. Mr. Fisher is a popular speaker on investment topics and is widely quoted in the financial press, including TIME magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Fortune, Forbes, SmartMoney, Business Week and The New York Times. He has appeared as an industry expert on various television networks, including CNBC, MSNBC and CNN-fn and is a regular guest on CNBC's 'On the Money' and 'Fast Money'. Mr. Fisher is a member of the CFA Institute, the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA), and Vistage International. Mr. Fisher is a member of the Young President' Organization (YPO). He is a Certified Financial Planner and holds the Chartered Financial analyst designation.
