Michael L. Seaver — President of Vermont at People's United Bank

Mr. Michael L. Seaver serves as the President of Vermont Region at People's United Bank, N.A. Mr. Seaver served as the President of Chittenden Bank. He began his 26-year career in 1981 with Chittenden as a Teller. In the ensuing years, he has held a variety of positions within commercial banking, most recently serving as division manager-commercial banking and senior lending officer for Chittenden Bank. Mr. Seaver has been actively involved with the Burlington schools for 16 years and serves as treasurer of the high school's Booster Club. He is a member of the Executive Committee of The Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce and serves as vice chair of its Regional Affairs Committee. He is also a Trustee of Mayo Healthcare, Inc. in Northfield, Vermont. He is a member of the Board of Saint Michael's College, Shelburne Museum and the Vermont Business Roundtable. Mr. Seaver holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Michael's College in Colchester, Vermont.
