What do you like best about the leadership team?
Supportive, talented, culture-oriented, thoughtful, passionate
They know how to manage the company and have set a precedent for a really solid company culture. They are also very knowledgeable and super collaborative. Always open to my ideas and let me contribute in areas that aren't necessarily in my specific JD!

What are some of the best things about your team?
Great team. Really honest and transparent and it's more of a "all of us" vibe than individuals working on individual projects. Just great cause you feel like you're a part of something real.
Team is super collaborative and open to full transparency in terms of feedback. Also super smart and fun.
Company ciulture is important and taken into account while hiring, so everyone fits together very well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is really collaborative and ready to help across the board - even if it isn't their specific responsibility or area. Speaks to a good team dynamic for sure.
Everyone willing to help each other at a moment's notice.

What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly I am a sales person and the most satisfying part of my job is the fact that customers actually do love the product. It makes me feel good about what I do and that makes all the difference.
Interacting with our customers. I'm in sales and love the pitch process. The team offers great support as needed with any questions I have or secondary research I want help with.
That I genuinely get to make a difference in my company's process and ideas and help our clients build better brands.
