Mr. Todd W. Kingma has been General Counsel and Secretary of Perrigo Company plc since August 2003 and has been its Executive Vice President since May 2006. Mr. Kingma served as Senior Vice President of Perrigo Company plc and served as its Vice President from joining in August 2003 to May 2006. Previously, he held various positions at Pharmacia Corporation (now Pfizer Inc.) from 1991 to August 2003, including Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Global Specialty Operations. He was responsible for all legal matters of Pharmacia Global Specialty Operations, which included the Animal Health, Consumer Healthcare, Diagnostic and bulk chemical and contract manufacturing businesses. Before Pharmacia, He was an Attorney of Dykema Gossett in Grand Rapids. He served as a Director of Omega Pharma Invest NV from May 2, 2016 to July 22, 2016.
