It is not a bad place to work. Though you are just another number. They need to get a better temp service in here. The ones they have had, are not cutting it.

They are out of touch and don't really help the workers

get people that actually want to be there and do quality work

The pay and benefits are what keep me. I like being busy as well.

Really look at the candidates, to see if they do wan to be there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a hard worker. Then you have so many coming in to do the bare min. I am expected to to do their work, retrain them and then also do my job.
