What do you like best about the leadership team?
Safety comes first he treats us like family
I am retired on disability, Phill Long gave me a chance to earn part time money by delivering cars. Now they took that away from me as the new manager does not feel it's necessary.
Professional, innovative, hard working, family oriented

On site clinic was convenient and excellent doctors

We are all like one big family

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Long has basically told her crew at five that would they don't need us anymore so we have no company no more
Always looking at new processes and opportunities. Very dynamic.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It's asked what I felt about the company
Personalized, felt at ease, understood the position and expectations. I knew my boss was going to be a great guy and he is.
The manager was very respectful and straight forward.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I have nothing else to say for a long time it was a great experience and dealership know things have changed

Treated with respect; great team; lots of ways to learn, grow, create
Getting to be around cars all day
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Things were great, we were delivering cars all over Colorado New, Mexico, Oklahoma, Arizona, and California. We were part time employees making decent money. We were all retired with a part-time job that we kind of depending on now we're done.
