Mr. Jacek Olczak has been the Chief Operating Officer of Philip Morris International Inc. since January 1, 2018. Mr. Olczak served as the Chief Financial Officer of Philip Morris International Inc. from August 1, 2012 to December 31, 2017. He served as the President of European Union at Philip Morris International, Inc. from April 2009 to August 1, 2012 and also served as its Managing Director of Germany & Austria Region since October 2006. He joined Philip Morris Polska in 1993 as Manager, Finance and Administration. After served as Manager, Internal Controls, with Philip Morris International in 1995 in Lausanne, he returned to Poland in 1996 where he held various positions in Finance, Sales and Operations. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Olczak worked extensively across Central Europe and the Baltic States and in 2004 was appointed Managing Director, Poland and Baltic States. He worked for BDO Binder Sp. z o.o. in London and Warsaw. He served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Philip Morris CR AS until August 21, 2007 and also served as its Member of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Olczak holds a master's degree in Economics from the University of Lodz in Poland.
