Pricing structure for small busunesses. The current tiers make it impossible for small business to survive and be at all competitive with big box and chain stores.
Sell us what we want, when we want it, at a price we are willing to pay! Out of stocks are costing me customers!
Manager was definitely the problem. Enjoyed the job. However, the people were very catty. Managers lack of confidence was apparent when she made choices of who "deserved" to move forward. What i thought was a strong team ended up being a joke. Several people have issues with this manager.
Work life balance a plus due to working four schedule days is great. Great leadership and innovative technology.
