Manager was definitely the problem. Enjoyed the job. However, the people were very catty. Managers lack of confidence was apparent when she made choices of who "deserved" to move forward. What i thought was a strong team ended up being a joke. Several people have issues with this manager.
Work life balance a plus due to working four schedule days is great. Great leadership and innovative technology.
