All the drivers stick together. We could possible be more effective if management was stronger

Communication is very bad. Boss plays a make rules as we go type of deal. Also neglects to respond to important issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best part of being a driver at Phillips is the interaction with customers. I have actually gained friends just from delivering to them week after week.
