    Coworkers are usually happy if they know they have to do and can get it done without interruption. Coworkers there are very reliable and have many years of experience doing what they do. The downfall is when management gets involved and has problems with clients rushing production.

    Be prepared to answer the general questions of an interview for a digital computer background and production with engraving if inquiring the graphics department. The remainder of the shop is metal production, welding, powder coat and prep. In order to work in this industry you need to have understanding of machinery, shop production, and knowledge of the products and to create based on the blueprint drawings.

  • Hire office and sales staff who have experience with the industry and can deal with customers directly and accurately for production, cost quoting, And delivery of products on an accurate time frame. I believe it better benefits working as a technician to understand the nature of the sales and marketing.

  • The employees have a hard time getting along with the CEO and the COO in certain levels of getting work done. The balance between client and business could be greatly improved and would keep everyone happy here at work and client related. The accuracy for production is often sped up in a giant rush in order to keep the client happy if the CEO has given inaccurate completion time. Example, if a client places an order and they are quoting two months for having their products, there can be circumstances where they do not receive finish project by the time that they were told.

  • The balance at work is great if you're not being hounded by management and can get your work done if you know exactly what you need to do. It can be stressful sometimes but if All is well with the ordering process and the procedures it's usually a smooth transition at work which leaves a nice taste when you leave work and you can enjoy your home life.
