What do you like best about the leadership team?
Extremely detail oriented, hard working, brilliant
This is one of the best teams i know
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Trusting their employees and some of the talented people who come to work for them. CEO is a nutjob, and so is his brother. But the worst are the folks directly working for the co-founders. They act openly in bad faith.
Doing literally anything to help their employees/acting as if they have a responsibility to their employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Cash component. Its about par for my experience
It is fair and keeps me happy
I love job because i can do work without stress
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need to balance with the current market rate along with the overall experience

committed, sincere, hardworking, supportive, knowledgeable
My team gets the job donw and they dont play games

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
opportunity to work in the latest technologies, great coworkers, brilliant top management
Everybody comes in with a good mood even with problems they havw with each other
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
there is no company culture, they show no responsibility to employees, it's a shell company to assist their 'clients' with tax evasion

very detailed, provided me an opportunity to explain my ideas,

Change leadership and change the processes
What makes you most happy at work?
good facilities, great coworkers, a very supportive manager, option to work in the latest technologies, very good HR processes
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Low trust environment. Highly litigious founders.
Sometimes people act out but u cant stop it tho
